The month of May is the perfect time to launch as spring is such a time of new beginnings, a chance to create and recreate ourselves. Facebook Live: Cocktail Creations

A  special shout out to all who tuned in for our Sunday Funday Cocktail Creations on April 26th.  So exciting to be with you and even more exciting that some of you tried the recipes.  I wanted to be sure to include them here:

Organic Blueberry Margarita
Ingredients
1 orange
2 limes
2 lemons
1 teaspoon of Organic Blue Agave
15 blueberries
2 oz of Your Choice of Tequila
My choice 1800 Jose Cuervo Silver
Margarita Salt
Ice

Kitchen helpers needed:
Shaker
Muddle
Pairing knife

Makes 1 drink
Directions:

Muddle blueberries in shaker
Pour Ice into shaker
Add your fresh squeezed lemon juice,orange juice, agave and lime juice too shaker
Pour your choice of tequila shake very well.
Slice orange wedge and wipe around rim of your margarita glass
Than slowly roll the rim of glass in your margarita. Place your orange wedge on rim as your garnish and pour your shaken Blueberry Margarita in to glass.

Cheers to your Blueberry Margarita

Complementary Appetizer Perfect for Spring:

Stuffed cheeseburger pickle

Ingredients
4 whole pickles
16 cherry tomatoes
1 lb of ground meat
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
3/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 shallot minced
1 cup of mayo
1/2 teaspoon of sriracha
1 cup of ketchup

Kitchen helpers:
Corer
Sauté pan
Wooden spatula
Mini spoon
Knife
Strainer
16 Bamboo sticks

Directions:
Core out your pickles
Sauté your ground meat
Add  pepper and shallots into your meat as it’s cooking on medium heat. After meat is cooked strain meat to extract all excess juice.

Once meat is at room temperature.
Add your cheese and mix well.
Stuff your pickles. Now add your cherry tomato to a bamboo stick and than place bamboo stick into pickle placing them 1inch apart and slice your stuffed pickle in sections. Place onto serving platter with your dipping sauce on the side. Now you can enjoy a stuffed cheeseburger pickle.

Dipping sauce: combine ketchup, sriracha, crushed garlic and mayo into bowl.
Whisk together until they are well blended. Pour into a serving bowl
